Victor A. Mancinelli, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – CTB, Inc.

Victor A. Mancinelli is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTB, Inc., assuming that role in 2014. He originally joined the company in 1999 as the President and Chief Executive Officer.

During his tenure with the company, Mancinelli has overseen significant growth, from $233 million in annual sales to now over $1 billion.

Prior to joining CTB, Inc., Mancinelli was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a major construction equipment manufacturer. He also held a variety of senior management positions with multi-site global businesses, including 15 years with a leading industrial engine company.

Mancinelli holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his MBA from Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana.
